Casey grew up on the ranch his father started over 30 years ago and is now an active partner in all the operations. Casey was excited to start their grass-finished beef program and sell direct to consumer at Farmers’ Markets for a chance to make meaningful connections with people who care about regenerative ranching and supporting local. Fishburn Ranch emanates genuine respect for their environment, their animals, and the entire cyclical system in which they participate.

We visited Tim and his family on a sunny Monday morning. When we pulled up, there were kids and puppies everywhere! What an active place. Tim showed us around his farm where he grows all kinds of crops for his customers. Tim has been in the farming industry a long time and it is obvious he is an expert. He is also a self-proclaimed soil science nerd! They grow using only organic methods (though are not certified) and ensure that the fields that they rent out are also grown organically.
